Habit based coaching
Instead of diets, we focus on establishing healthy habits within the context of your life. Everyone knows what to do, they just don’t know how to do it. We teach you the how.
Our coaching works, but it’s a process. Like learning any skill, it will take time to master all the skills necessary for sustainable healthy eating. The first step is getting to know you and learning where you are at, so we can address your unique needs.
Once we’ve identified what you need to work we focus on one thing at a time. Taking a behavior based approach to nutrition coaching might not sound as awesome as getting a fancy diet, but we’ve found that the only way to permanently change long term behavior is by focusing on behavior or skill at a time.

We provide support and guidance along the way – so when you run into roadblocks (and, you will), we are there to help you move past them. As you master one habit we introduce the next until you are at a place where sustainable progress or maintenance (once you’ve reached your goals) is possible.
