Strength
CLASS
Think of strength as a group personal training session. Every client has a binder with an individualized strength based program. Workouts change every 3-4 weeks and are based on your specific goals and fitness level. Class size is limited so you receive feedback on every movement each workout.
Conditioning
CLASS
High intensity cardio mixed with sled, kettlebell, and bodyweight movements. These high energy classes are done as a group with weights and movements scaled to challenge you regardless of your fitness level.
Recovery
CLASS
A mix of yoga, soft tissue, stretching, breath work, and meditation. Designed to enhance recovery, improve movement, and keep you healthy and feeling great.
